One of our main fundraising events of the year is the Michael Marshall Memorial Golf Day, held at Royal Liverpool Golf Club, Hoylake, in September.
About the Michael Marshall Memorial Golf Day
The Michael Marshall Memorial Golf Day will take place for the 23rd time this year on Friday 12th September. The event attracts teams from all over the North West, and beyond, to compete for the Michael Marshall Memorial Trophy and enjoy the Gala Prize giving dinner in the famous clubroom afterwards.

Why Royal Liverpool?
The co-founder of Brunswick Youth and Community Centre, Michael Marshall, was a member and Captain of Royal Liverpool Golf Club, so this world-famous course is the natural place for us to hold this event.

The Michael Marshall Memorial Golf Day provides one of the few opportunities for non-members to play one of the world’s leading links courses, on which the Open Championship has been played on thirteen occasions, most recently in 2023.
